Reviews and Ratings
The hotel apartments are quiet and clean, offering comfortable rooms with all necessary toiletries. However, the lack of signs for the apartment building's entrances can be confusing. The service during our stay was friendly and hassle-free, making our time in Seville more enjoyable.
The hotel's rooms are ridiculously small and over-furnished, with some outdated tech features that don't work well. While the service was uninviting at times, it did have helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent, right under the Sevilla observatory, close to various attractions and with a great ambiance. The dining experience was above average but overpriced, and the breakfast hours were inconvenient. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were commendable overall.
The hotel rooms were small and not as presented online, with very thin walls between rooms; however, they were clean. Some attention to detail would have made a difference, especially since I discovered that the rooms are accessible via keycard, as had an unexpected visit from the air-conditioning technician. The room was adequate for our one-night stopover before heading to Portugal.
The room at the hotel was small but adequate for our 1-night stopover before heading to Portugal. The service was friendly and professional, with helpful staff. The location was great, very close to all the places we wanted to see. The dining experience needed improvement, and it was better to dine out. However, the hotel offered good value for money.
